Through our signature (yet free) conference series, we strive to build a network of committed educators across the world. By bringing together keynote speakers, workshop leaders, and educators, we create a collaborative space to learn and design the classroom of the future. Read below to see more!

Adam L. Angelozzi, Ed.D.

Principal of Manalapan High School, NJ

I attended an IgniteSTEM Conference at Columbia University two years ago, and the experience was enlightening and motivating. Upon returning to my school and district, I put together a student leadrship team charged with designing and implementing a district-wide hackathon.

Morgan James, NY

Donna Grygiel

Math at Toms River High School South

Attending January’s IgniteSTEM at Princeton University was a game changer for me.  Without the inspiration and ideas from IgniteSTEM I would not have felt empowered t created my first unit and feel confident to create more problem based learning units utilizing STEM in the future.

Lisa Driver, MI

Phil Moskowitz

STEM Teacher at Roxbury Public Schools

At the time of attending, I was just starting to build my school's STEM offering. [...] IgniteSTEM offered me the chance to think-tank with like-minded STEM leaders from around the metropolitan area to truely plan out what the next level of STEM offerings should look like.

SEE PAST CONFERENCES

Each of our conferences is unique as we change and iterate on our years of experience in running our series. Our events are structured as "mini-hackathons" and are as interactive as can be, as we believe that the true power of education relies on community and grassroots thinking. We try to exemplify the principles of design thinking and the maker movement in the core of each of our events. See some examples of past conferences below!
